The second single taken from Bonobo's new album, the powerful love-song First Fires feat. Grey Reverend, is out now digitally, with the 12" coming on 27 May.

A powerful metaphor for new love forms the centre of Bonobo's new single, a marriage with Grey Reverend and Erykah Badu on B side "Heaven For A Sinner", who both show exquisite vocal prowess, being a perfect representation of what makes new album The North Borders just so profound.

First Fires is out now and available from the Ninjashop, iTunes & Amazon.

Bonobo continues The North Borders tour this autumn at the O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday 23 November - tickets available here!.

Raffertie - 'Build Me Up' Out Now

Posted 3 days ago

The big news on this release is that Raffertie has added his own vocals to his intensely atmospheric production, it's a move that's paid off and then some. His mused, heartfelt singing adds a personal depth and emotional punch that brings real weight to his latest single. There's a sense that his production has stepped up in turn; Build Me Up is startling in its simultaneous heaviness and delicacy, a combination that makes it strikingly original.

You can also see below the fantastic short film which features the track"Build Me Up" and was directed by the prolific Vincent Haycock.

Build Me Up is out now and available from the NinjashopiTunes & Amazon.
